Every VeriAxis invoice carries a secure payment link and our bank details. You do not need an account with us to pay.
Open the "Pay online" link in your invoice email or PDF. Pay by card (verified by your bank), Apple Pay, PayPal or Venmo on our payment page; PayPal processes the payment and card details never reach our systems. A receipt marked paid arrives by email at once.
ACH or wire to the business account printed on the invoice, with the invoice number in the memo. We confirm bank payments by email within one business day of receipt.
Lost the invoice, need a W-9, a different billing address or a purchase order reference? Write to [email protected] and quote the invoice number (VA-…).
