How we work

From a brief to a working product

The whole process runs by email and a shared test address. No calls are needed unless you want them.

1. Brief

You tell us what the software should do and who will use it, in your own words, through the contact form or by email. We reply within one business day with the questions that affect the price: integrations, roles, data, deadline.

2. Proposal

Within two business days you get a written proposal: the list of screens and features, what is included, what is not, the fixed price, the milestones and the dates. For packages this step is the package description itself.

3. Payment and kick-off

You pay the package or the first milestone on the services page or by invoice. Work starts within one business day. We set up the project on your accounts: domain, cloud, repository, payment provider.

4. Build with demos

You see progress on a test address after every milestone and can try it with real data. Feedback goes by email; two rounds of revisions per package are included.

5. Acceptance and handover

When the acceptance criteria from the proposal are met, you confirm by email. You receive the source code, access to everything, a short runbook and 30 days of bug fixes at no charge.

6. After launch

Changes and new features go through hour blocks or a monthly support plan. Nothing is locked to us: any developer can continue from the code and the runbook.

What we need from you

  • A description of the task and who will use the result.
  • Access to the accounts the software must use (your domain, cloud, payment provider), or permission to create them in your name.
  • Content: texts, logos, examples of documents, sample data.
  • Feedback within a few business days after each demo, so the schedule holds.

What you get

  • Working software on your own accounts and domain.
  • Source code in your repository, with a runbook explaining how it is deployed and operated.
  • Numbered invoices and receipts for every payment.
  • 30 days of bug fixes after acceptance, and a clear price list for anything after that.
